It's listed as a 1967 P11, but I would have thought that by 124868 they would have been beyond 1967. I assumed it was a post-'67 bike made up to look like a '67.

Update: according to the factory records, 124XXX would indeed be a P11A.
 
First P11A , I was told, is #124372, double seat , small tank, down pipes required,
This chassis looks to be P11, rear loop, tabs, single seat
Wheels look P11A
Tank is small, again P11A.

I could not see the frame number in the pictures, and no where does the seller claim it to be "numbers matching". Probably a bitsa, and I intend no denigration with that moniker. Let the purists and serious collectors argue about the value of matching numbers. Looks nice, anyway.
 
Mine is a numbers matching '67 P11, but it sure as hell doesn't look like one.

Not a complaint, but I would imagine a lot of P11A bikes have been sold as P11. You can fool some of the people some of the time, but not all of the people all of the time.
 
dont believe on that P11 frame number stuff on the internet accoerding to that mine was the second P11A built however factory records show it left as a high pipe and bike build totally reflects that
