oil scavenge not keeping up

three test runs and it seems the scavenge is not keeping up with oil feed. excessive oil from breather, oil return a steady stream, primary crank seal leaking....

opened up the timing cover (rebuilt oil pump and AMR mod), and it looks like the oil pump gasket gave out. I've confirmed that the oil galleries are clear... anything else I should check before I button her up again?

I would have expected the oil pulsing out of the breather?

I would take the opportunity to strip and inspect the pump for ware or damage to the gears.
