Norton Get together in Charlotte

A group of us met for a car show in the AM. Then went to the home a local Norton owner. He has the High Rider and the first black bike in the walk by video below. I think we had a dozen Nortons there. After hanging out and BS'ing for a couple hours we went to the a bike themed BBQ place for lunch. 6 of us continued into the evening at flat track race course to take in some of the races. And to top it off a ride home in the rain.

Pay no attention to the last bike in the video. Not sure how he got in..... :mrgreen:

Ha, that's my dad's BMW. :mrgreen:

My brother-in-law was riding my old Interstate. All he could do was complain about the shifter.

Very cool video (albeit short) and I even liked Dave's Dad's BMW. Though I have never owned one, I have worked on one and ridden two. Lots of torque and fun to ride.
However, I REALLY liked the first bike in the lineup ... an orange Hi-Rider, yeah :D :D :D
 
I am going to say it again, you bunch of low mile posers need to come up here for a weekend. I am only about 125 miles away and I will show you some great roads. :mrgreen:

He means it.. I ride 855 miles to get there, and it's WORTH IT!
