It may well be one of the myriad of rattles but don't think it is a significant one, I will check with a torch on next start up. Just quibbling with the factory as to whether it is subject to the 12mth warranty ('aftermarket' exhausts) or 24mth warranty (major mechanical), all I was told at purchase was that the bike is covered by a 2 year warranty, no documents given or breakdown of what is/isn't covered.

Great news, just got off the phone and warranty is good, so off to the factory tomorrow for a tyre change and silencer swap.... and it looks to be a pleasant sunny day
