From 10 feet away it looks like a Norton RC588. Good enough to fool some knowledgeable Norton experts. And then you notice the slightly-too-long exhaust pipe, Kayaba upside-down forks and six-piston brake calipers off a Yamaha YZF750...

I very much doubt it’s a race bike. Most likely it’s an Interpol 2 which were used by some civil and military police forces.
