Well not really fork boots but dust covers. Made a set for my own project and I like them so much I'll produce a batch of these (in time)
Ones pictured dont have any tightening tool holes but production ones will and the pair will even come with a proper adjustable C spanner.

How is stiction.... compared to stock, compared to full gaiters?

not much, it certainly wouldnt be noticeable. they are not seals, millions of Jap bikes use them.

2 advantages over the stock ones.

Alloy threaded into alloy so no galvanic corrosion between steel and alloy.

You can still use full gaiters over the top.

My stock ones came with the special notches that fit a standard pipe wrench...:-(

these are done, they will come with a "C" spanner (adjustable) which is a handy tool in the workshop.
I'll post ad in the For Sale section shortly.
