I know I wrote this once before but it feels so good it's worth mentioning twice. I have just come in from a spring afternoon ride through the southern English countryside.

My Commando achieved it's highest ever grin factor reaching 92/100 on the back road from Broad Hinton.

The increase is down to the lovely sunshine despite the crisp temperature and my lovely new isolastics with Mick Hemmings adjusters. some points reduction as I think a fork seal is going ;o(

Happiness indeed.Back to work and reality next week ;o(

I second that emotion! A few days ago I went for a ride through Humboldt County here in Northern California. God was in His Heaven and just to show that His beneficence is boundless and that He has a sense of humor, he smiled on my Commando. All my 'fixes' were working out and all my bonehead mistakes were temporarily held in abeyance, and all the tourists were gone. Even riding a brand new bike off the lot doesn't compare to it. :D :D :D

1. Spring don't start till 21/03/10
2. Which part of the UK do you live in ?
3. In Nottingham it's well too cold to ride
you're a braver man than me Gunga Dinn !!
In this country you're lucky to get two dry days in a row !!

God must be super pissed at me then since everything I've done to the old Commando has been a huge pain in the neck.

This is like a panto, oh no it's not
12 months a year 4 seasons 3 months a Season
The Met Office promised us a barbeque summer
And Global warmings a load of Bollocks
Question .
What Travels a third of a mile from lands end to john a groats
and takes 8 weeks ?

It's behind you!
Well I finished my Norton the night before last, but it's too bloody cold to ride it.
I think I would have ridden it today, but I were stuck in a factory.
It will be ridden on saturday whatever.
Roger the Arab described England, in the 1100's as the land of perpetual winter.

Ah but the weathers always better in Zummerset
for our american friends translations are available !

Oh no it isn't!
It is fairly (being polite) cold all the time. Well, maybe we have a couple of degrees on you. Just to rub it in, we have a Palm tree in the garden
Reached a dizzy height of 7-1/2 deg, today.
Er', wass reckon we talk funny down yer, cassen see were 'e got that from.

Just to confuse the colonials , Panto is where the Principal
boy is played by a woman, usualy in tights and a lot of thigh
slapping is involved !!!
Oh yes it is ......

Hey Richard, I thought Panto is was about a guy who thought he was a woman dressed in leather with the bum cut out with alot of cheak slappin goin on!

Ha Ha, here in Godzone we RIDE all year round! What's winter? ....maybe 15C in the day so if we want to ride in gay cowboy pants we can. Better than sitting in front of the telly with yer cup of Bovril watching Coronation Street.

Mick

Oooohh Ya Bitch !!!!!!!!!!
on a serious note No 1 961 has been released from captivity
and has been spotted on the road .
Mine's. No 6, the worlds most iconic brand is back !

Good stuff, now tell the Queen of Pomgolia you had enough and in respect to Norton, are taking it to Australia where its true qualities can be enjoyed all year round.

Cheers, Mick
