New Lucas 16A Rotor: two wires and same GY colour

Hi All.
All the Rotor i have seen and used before had the two wires one GY and the other GW.
The new one i have now to fit has the two wires same GY colour.
Can i join it to the rectifier without problems?

"Rotor" (stator)

Yes.
 
The electrical output is alternating current. It doesn't matter which way round it's wired.
