The ebay listing describes it as "used"..."new stock" rather than 'new old stock' so it's probably a relatively new Indian made one?

It can't be "used" AND "new stock"...

...unless it was used when the seller bought it, and now it is "new" to his "stock".

Presumably the seller chose to list it "used" as a disclaimer, because the tank is not in 100% perfect condition even though it may never have been used?
