my first ride!

So yesterday i had my first ride on the Norton! granted it was just around my driveway but still it was exciting. I knew that it was not 100% and that's why I didn't take it far. It was even starting first kick everytime. What I didn't know is that today it would not even start... that son of a bitch
I knew I was running rich even at the factory setting (I've got bigger jets for the bored cylinders) because my pipes were blue and my plugs were black, so I adjusted and gave them a cleaning but to no avail. :evil:

Haha not an elephant. The first owner of the bike was to short to reach the footpegs. So he had some of the stuffing taken out. and me being 6'4" I would like to have that stuffing back haha

Andy, that's a good looking bike. It has lots of character, especially with the custom lowboy seat.

I hope you get it sorted soon. I am sure the blue pipe were from before.

Ya know, the main jet may not be the issue. Lower the needle a notch and re adjust the carbs with (mixing screws and throttle stops).
