Diablouph asked for pictures and description of the electronic gauge I'm running. It's an Acewell ACE 1500 as you can see in the pictures. Acewell was recommended by several on this site, so I went for it. Honestly I can't remember what I paid for it or where I got it, sorry about that. I know it is the basic model though. The main reason I got it was for mileage and speed, the tach works fine but its a bar tach and I'm not crazy about it. Pretty simple to wire in. Searching through this site, I found where someone expoyed a small magnet to the front wheel for the speedo sensor to pick up; so that's what I did, works great so far. For the tach to operate, the instructions tell you to wrap one of the wires (yellow in this case) tightly around one of the spark plug leads, it seems to be working fine. Pictures.
The crappy mount I made leaves much to be desired, but it's working fine. I want to remake the mount, and I also need to remake my keyswitch mount when I get a new chunk of aluminum.
EDIT: I just realized in the last picture that there's a crack on the right side! Must've tightened up a bit too much. Cripes!

PS - I got my primary leak sealed up, probably not permanent but it's stopped. Stinkin' rubber grommet.
