Mushroom Head Tappet/Rocker Adjusters (2005)

What brand were they?

I don't think I ever knew the brand. I got them on eBay. Anyway, I don't see a good reason for the mushroom end to be so thin. Why not make it an eighth to three sixteenths thick? It's not going to hit anything and nobody runs the tappets up that tight to the rocker arm.

Thanks for the reply. I suspect they are made thin, so as not to add to the weight of the valve train, which is excessive already, by modern standards. I see that Andover Norton now offers mushroom adjusters.
