That last bit with the bloke riding the most modern one...

Either he was the most inept rider (or pissed) or that thing is a bucket of shit (handling-wise) at low speed.

It raises the question - why?
I know, I know - because it is there.
 
I wonder if the primary transmission is any better than the old one ? That only had a short chain and sprocket . . .
 
Chris Ireland had an nsu 1200 chopper in the UK before the munch came out
He built it when his BSA A7 chop needed a bit more go!

I had to visit the 'special clinic' due to 'NSU' in my chopper, sad but true!!
(Could throw in a few 'straight up' and sore point' jokes too :-) )
