I was wondering if anyone can recommend a book which covers the history of racing motorcycle frame design. There seems to have been several quantum leaps forward since the days of the garden gate Norton International. I believe that a good bike make a good rider and that if you have never experienced a bike which handles exceptionally well, you wander on in ignorance. People such as the McCandless brothers, Tom Arter , Peter Williams, Rob North, Derek Rickman, Fritz Egli, Harris, and Colin Seeley interest me. How did they get it so right ?
