"You guys have just finished completely denegrating the trans community"

Judge groups of people much?

Hypocrisy. The indelible earmark.

We were talking about train wrecks. And the recent surge in the rate of occurrence.

I saw some footage the other day in East Palestine of a stream right beside a house still fully contaminated despite efforts to aerate the body of water...by the EPA
Looks to me like the water ways needs dredging out...poor buggers

Ack you were not part of that conversation but unfortunately sometimes, in this unfair world in which we live (ask the trans community), we sometimes get judged by the company that we keep.

This thread (and the one that was shut down) is not about a (perceived) increase in train wrecks. We all know that. Leaves me with a few questions: embarrassed to explain this theory? don’t really believe it, but happy to infer it might be happening?; don’t want to get the thread shut down?

You mean the post you complained about ...get it straight !
So if you get upset and are a Greta loving.. train going trans keep it to yourself

I am more than a little interested. I’ve had a good look at this subject and there are multiple ‘theories‘ at play, making it difficult to decipher which you guys actually believe in. There is a ‘convergence of conspiracies’ if you like.

So rather than popping out of the rabbit hole and throwing a grenade, without pulling the pin, why not explain yourself? You guys have just finished completely denegrating the trans community - a little conspiracy fodder should clear the bar with ease!
Which theory is it that you believe these guys believe in that you are arguing against ???

Shane. I did not ‘complain’ to anybody about the Ohio thread, nor any other thread - free speech is exactly what these forums are for, within reason. You got that thread shut down by yourself, as you have on multiple occasions, because you struggle with the ‘within reason’ context for this forum.

Arguing? Difficult to say FE, because we have nothing to go by but inference. Managed decline? Purposeful interruption of the food supply?………… other more deeply nefarious stuff! Train derailments and food processing facility fires in the US - give it a fact check search, but be prepared to read for the next week or so.

We may differ in opinion FE, I don’t know. But IMO, baseless conspiracy theories are not harmless.

I don’t disagree with you because A) I don’t have a strong opinion here and B) I don’t know what yours is either!

My point was that you appear to be arguing with ‘them’ about ‘this’.

Even though no one seems to have put any particular idea forward yet ?!

If you have the energy FE, re-read this thread (including #18) and the Ohio thread. You’ll get a pretty good idea of what’s being said (or not said as the case may be). Not to mention the multiple other threads that are steered around to ongoing theories.

This fine fellow (TC) does quite a bit to fan the flames of these theories. It doesn’t pay, or help you sleep well at night, to give too much thought to where these theories can lead. We’ve seen it already of course. Something to have a ‘strong opinion’ of? I guess that‘s down to each of us to decide.

Fire chief: It’s an ‘absolute miracle’ that train crew escaped wreckage in northern Maine train derailment.

Bill Jarvis, chief of the Jackman-Moose River Fire & Rescue Department, was one of the first responders on the scene.

Jarvis said it was an ‘absolute miracle’ the three crew members, all from Maine, were not more seriously hurt.

“One of them did tell me as they were coming along with the train, 35 mph with approximately 15 million pounds of freight in the train, that they could suddenly see the rail still there but with the washout they knew nothing was underneath the rail and they knew there was nothing they could do and the lead locomotive they were in went right down,” Jarvis said.

⭐Texas
Wise County officials confirm a Union Pacific TRAIN struck an unoccupied, parked TRAIN in Chico tonight.

Two injuries. NO hazardous materials involved. 15 grain cars and three locomotives derailed. One patient was airlifting to a metroplex hospital and the other patient taken by ambulance to Decatur, per officials.

I realise that the camera compresses the perspective, but if this is indicative of the condition of US rail tracks, maybe its a surprise that there arent more derailments;

Regardless of the date of that video which is a great time stamp of the "managed decline" of the railway network and not just in the States
It clearly points out this.... rail bosses/corporations/wall street etc etc have put "greed before need" while they have for years slashed thousands of jobs right across the sector...so given that the video was from six years ago...one would think that maintaining the tracks etc would take "top priority"...in reality it is in fact the total opposite.

Yesterday we had protesters gluing themselves to the road here in NZ because they are fighting to get the passenger service to our capital city back on track ...some reports have labeled them as climate protesters etc ..but the real problem in reality is the "Managed Decline" of the most important backbone of a country's transportation supply chain infrastructure.

Norfolk paid CTEH to monitor the chemicals Norfolk dumped on East Palestine.

In 2010, lawmakers asked BP to fire CTEH due to a "long pattern of tainted results," citing a Tennessee coal spill, a Louisiana refinery spill, and toxic Chinese drywall

DERAILMENT
A semi-trailer failed to yield, causing a crash in Woodson County, Kansas.

Sheriff Jeffrey McCullough tells KOAM the driver of the 18-wheeler suffered non-life-threatening injuries. EMS took the 63-year-old to the hospital for treatment.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, the semi failed to yield at a stop sign before crossing the railroad tracks. The crash report states the truck and trailer were split by the oncoming train. The truck portion came to rest on the other side of the tracks in a ditch.

Sheriff McCullough says there were 97 cars with the train: 5 engines were damaged or destroyed and 21 cars were damaged. Crews this evening moved the non-damaged cars down by Buffalo. They will put the damaged cars in a pasture next to the track. The cleanup company out of Wellington, Kansas, plans to have the tracks clear by tonight.
