Valve seat cutting at home shop never seemed cost effective as the tooling was too expensive.
I am refreshing a Mk3 head and now see a less than $50 valve seat cutting set.

Any one used this new plastic material set?

Yes , I have heard about 60/45/15 and this set is only 45/20.

Also I need a video on vale guide replacement specifically for Mk3 delicate head, prone to cracking......or maybe more in depth instructions on this guide remove replace.

If you have to ask how to fit the guides correctly maybe take it to a automachinist, it depends how they felt (tightness) when you took them out of a hot head , this helps you decide how much to add to the guide OD if any , if your heads been around the block , no pun intended , it could already have oversize guides .. Dont hammer your guides in , press them in with a hand type fly press or that triumph style guide puller , with a little coppercote . . Maybe those plastic cutters are ok for a few jobs , just learn how to blue your valves in and set your seat position ⅓ down ⅔ up on "the valves seat face while getting your desired seat width , too wide won't cut the carbon . You can also vacuum test your valves sealing ability.

Had a search for the Carbide cutters, they are made in India and with the slow speed of cutting the equidistant blades will be prone to chatter. To get rid of the chatter you would then need another cut using a different speed and pressure by experimentation until the cut is chatter free. So with Indian quality being suspect at times plus the risk of chatter I would stick with the Neway carbide cutters, these have staggered carbide blades which are replaceable or if that is too expensive then get a machinist to cut the seats.
