megacycle cams

All I know is the one 850 I built with a 560-00 and radiused lifters is the ONLY one (out of 22 I've owned/built) that could wheelie on throttle, no clutch-popping.
That is interesting. Where was the power-band, and what type of exhaust system did you use ?

560-NSS is a good cam, it is getting close to the limits on street duration, similar duration to a JS2. It depends on your usage and displacement, 560-NR might be better suited for a 750. I personally would rather have something that worked with lighter BSA/Triumph tappets. 560-00 would be my choice of a megacycle cam for a street 850. I run a JS2 with Triumph lifters in my 850, pulls the front wheel up on throttle.

I never fully tested the bike, I had to keep it "mostly" under run-in conditions, as I built it to sell it. The 560 series have always been called "street/strip" since their inception (60s or 70s), whatever that means... I had one in my Honda 550 four and it could wheelie even easier.

Standard exhaust headers, aftermarket "peashooters" with open tips.

Keep in mind, the "cafe racer" seating position with clip-ons & rearsets, has the weight pretty central. Upright seating position would be even easier to wheelie.
