Master cylinder internals 13mm. replacement?

My 13 mm piston assembly that nipped up (tightened up) in the resleeve ,I believe it was Miles Engineering , Cal. Can I obtain a replacement ? Sleeve insert looks good. I think the plastic body swelled a tad after 4 yrs. usage.
