Update the 333954 number under close examination is I believe 323954 , so we did not find a piece of one of the bikes . So we are now looking for 333965 and 323954, the photo is the piece of bike we found not to match.o_O

Sure looks like 333954 to me. I don't see that the second digit is any different than the 1st or 3rd number shown.

Yes that is the trans that does not match the numbers we are looking for( weird as it is so close!), sorry for the confusion

I wanted this to be a nice gesture, to give away something of interest to the owners of these MK3 Black Roadsters [HASHTAG]#333965[/HASHTAG] and 323954 . I was given one number that was not correct ; 333954, it was supposed to be 323954. I found the transmission 333954 , before I knew that! What a crazy coincidence . So here are the big surprises:), still to be given away if we can find the owners! The remains of the shipping boxes used to ship the bikes over here!

Nice. I would definitely frame it and hang it in the garage. Where did you ever find these?

That's awesome Jimbo, Good luck on finding the owners and the bikes. Like 73x75 asked, where did you get them?

Stuffed in the ceiling of an old dealership,,,, hiding away, lucky to find them really.

I have two Late-model Mark threes, I will look at the numbers tomorrow.

323xxx is numerically prior to MKIII said to begin with 325xxx,
so it may prove hard to find.
Happy Thanksgiving boys and girls.

I have a February 1976 registered 850 with numbers about 1500 below - shame no prize:(

And I've just discovered my 1974 Commando that I've owned for 35 years does not have matching numbers :(
I guess that makes it worthless:(

some of the late model 74 and 75's did have stamped frame "F" numbers that did not match the data plate, engine and trans. But some did.
