Kim the CD Man - Norton CD UK Supplier?

Hello All
I'm trying to buy a copy of the Norton CD in the UK but cannot find a supplier.
I emailed the address on Kim's site http://www.classicstyle.com.au/cdmanuals/default.htm but the email was 'undelivered'.
Anyone know of a source in the UK?
I know there are suppliers in the US and Canada and will try these if none are available in the UK.
