On Atlas and Dominators, the rotation is anti-clockwise when viewing from the timing side.The K2F or K2FC magnetos should have an ID plate mounted on the upper side of the mounting flange. This plate should have an arrow indicating direction of rotation (when viewed from the drive end).The image below shows a contact block from an anti-clockwise K2F. The contact block rotates CLOCKWISE when viewed from the points cavity of the K2F. Note the shape of the rubbing shoe.
