Incandescent bulbs dont care about polarity. Some LEDs do, but there are types now that do not. Things a get sticky with modern devices which do require negative ground...they bolt to a frame point and expect it to be negative. Id like to fit a brake light flasher amd turn signal auto cancel on my commamdo for added safety in urban traffic but most of these devices expect negative ground.Ok, so basically there is no need to convert anything except my brain to positive ground. I was thinking the light bulbs were polarized and if wired backwards they would blow. I guess not. So I guess I’ll leave well enough alone. It’s worked fine for this long so why change it?!?!
