I have seen Jim one kick start his Commando over a few years of differing EFI rigs.
You too can have elite fueling system for ~$2500 and finding space to put the black boxes which Jim has improved to cigarette size plus some wiring and plug in sockets. His fuel pump is inserted inside rear of spine tube but market kits will mount pump on bottom of RH frame tube close to cases. Most of his system and monitoring kit is enclosed under the big fairing.
Personally I'm in awe at his various innovations but can't afford his kit currently nor see much advantage over fine running plain carb fueling unless riding from below sea level to highest places in the world w/o jet changes. Jim did it for his own joy that he's now able to share and hope he sees some profit eventually but its a labor of love to him and the rest of us can just wish and dream about the orbits he lives in.
I'm tickled pink he'd even allow me pick his brain to solve some of Peel's show stoppers with a few words or wisdom. My trip to LOP was way worth it.
Hope he survives his ride home and around town as I know too well you ain't in control of your life when on two wheels, no matter your skill or upgrades. I'm not sure I'm up to even that any more, a real life/death crisis for me, so kneeling at feet of a master helps me rationalize carrying on till the end.
