Isolastic washer material

What is the best material for the Isolastic washers?

AN sells PTFE washers
RGM sells Carbon washers
Norvil sells Nylon washers

Mine appear to be something like Nylon.

If I was to hazzard a guess, I would probably say PTFE for lack of "stiction" but PTF is relatively soft and squishy unless loaded with other compounds.
Are the AN washers loaded?

I believe AN washers are bronze loaded PTFE

I made mine from sintered bronze impregnated with PTFE, so solid and low friction.
