Bike and most accessories was paid for years ago to the old regime. All I had to pay for was the on the road costs (a few hundred £) and the exhaust, which was £1,000So what was the total cost, if you don't mind sharing it with the group?

Ditto.Hello Gizmo , I hope you love your new V4 and get lots of trouble free , enjoyable miles of riding. I appreciate your sharing this experience with us , as many of us will never even see one in real life.
Sorry to be cheeky, but could you tell me how your sidestand retracts ie is it's motion cushioned with a bump stop or something? I desperately need to find a solution to the horrendous sound that comes from the V4SS models when you flick the sidestand up. This is just a gentle flick in the video, but when retracting it from being parked up, it very loudly strikes the carbon.
Exactly this. I paid in full for my V4SS back in 2019 with promises of delivery that never materialised. Then they went into administration. He is part of the "deposit" crowd that accounts for money discussed on the financials.
Nice one, cheers chap! This is basically all I could think of doing too....just wondered if they had changed the fairing etc, but it looks pretty much the same, which is great news for me. Thanks again!
You are the target market ! Good luck with your choice.Post resurrection here.
I test rode a Manx Silver version this last Saturday- 29th June 2024) from South Downs Norton.
Now trying to talk myself into PXing my Panigale V4SP. On a value for money basis the Panigale V4 walks it but it doesnt have "Norton" on the tank! Neither does it sound as good.
If you do buy one, we must have all pertinent information related the V4's performance, fit, finish, and ownership experience.Post resurrection here.

Interesting (and familiar) dilemma. The Pengale is clearly a more capable machine than the Norton V4, when we talk extreme (useable?) performance. But I guess it’s what we want/expect from our machines - what ownership experience we’re looking for.Post resurrection here.

That’s uncharacteristically cryptic TonyTime will tell.
HI,Good morning to you all,
Having lurked for some time I thought I better join up and introduce myself. I got my Norton V4SV in carbon back on 26th May and it has just had it's running in service after 500 miles, which I fortunately managed to get in mainly before it rained all July! I've had the suspension softened off as I felt it was set up too hard from the factory but other than that I'm delighted with the bike.
So far I am really enjoying the ownership experience and getting positive responses from everyone that sees it and wants to talk about it. I'm looking forward to opening it up properly as the miles rise. There are a couple of quirks with the bike, but I was expecting that to be honest (needs a clutch lever adjuster, sidestand hard to use with boots on both of which I noted when I had a test ride back in November 2022) but nothing to spoil the overall package. The bike goes, and stops brilliantly and makes a fantastic noise. I do have to get a tail tidy soon though as the current number plate mounting solution isn't very visually appealing.
I have to say a massive thank you to the new Norton for honouring my order for a V4SS and providing the bike that they promised, for which I will always be very grateful.
I was going to add a couple of pictures, but I can't figure out how to just yet.
