Hi Tony, glad the discs line upBoth bearings on mine are sealed, but no other seals or dust covers. On the right it has a short stepped spacer ( step inwards) and on the left a longer parallel spacer. I don’t actually remember seeing any circlips either. I’ll take a look tonight.
