So subtract 20% off what you are prepared to bid.

Lot of junkers there - I like it !
If some of them reach the top range of their estimate, someone has REALLY lost the plot....

Realitys got Nothing to do with it . :? Er , Whats REALITY .

Must be an intresting story about that place , wonder when theyll make ' The Movie ' . :|

If I had a million dollars.....I'd still find a way to be nearly broke...........................

I am sure I would build a large barn to have a place to put all my "stuff". Perhaps its better I am rich in other ways, my life, my kids, my health.

If I had a million dollars - it would all go to buy some property where I could put up a shop building large enough to hold the bikes I'd want to buy! Then I'd need another million to pay the property taxes and heating bills, and a third million to buy the bikes!

18 percent buyer's premium - wow. I think I'm in the wrong business.

Debby
ps - I kind of like the Panthers too

If I had a million bucks, I'd stashi it away and not spend a penny on temporal luxury items.. the way the economy is heading is the way of a black hole and it's reassuring to have somewhat of a parachute, tho a miilion bucks won't be worth as much as it is now and never be worth as much as it once was.

I like the way in Easy Rider they rolled up all the cash into a long plastic tube and stuffed it into that teensyweensie Captain America peanut tank.

Ed Brooks was a San Jose Institution all the way back to the 50s! I used to go there and drool on all the old bikes he had! I'm going down there Friday to look over the goodies and reminisce!

Actually Ed was in Salinas in the 50s. That's where Bob Raber started working for him.
Do you remember in the late 70s Ed was selling new 850 Commandos in the crate for $1499? About 10 times that now.

If i had a million id spend it on WOMEN,,ALCOHOL,,GAMBLEING and id probably just waste the rest of it. (John Daly).

I've got a million bucks between the wife and I, but I don't feel like it. All it does is give us some spending money outside our pensions and SS. It takes about $5 million to feel any difference these days.
