how to remove CNW estart crank pulley

I need to remove the crank pulley on the CNW estart. First, in big letters, it says to remove circlip holding on the gear...which I did. I imagine the pulley uses the stock Norton crank gear pulley but to access the pulley I first have to remove the gear and sprag. I have tried to GENTLY pull it with my finger tips. No go. Should I apply heat via heat gun and hope to loosen the pulley? I would call CNW but this is Sat.

I think I have some instructions some where that Matt sent. I'll have a look.

I do remember you have to make sure the sprag is not engaging so you need to turn it gentle backward so it frees up

I just followed these instruction and it worked fine.

I got it. Now the harder part is to fit the back into the pulley. No luck yet.
