Horrific Thought - Scammers

Today's article by respected Australian financial guru "the barefoot investor" (aka Scott Pape) who I regularly read, opened my eyes on an appalling situation.
He's usually pretty spot-on so I don't doubt this info, but it is just so bad.
Makes me sad for humanity.
