Duh if someone disciplined enough to type in item locations then likely they'd already have stuff stored and labeled or just plain remember w/o 'puter complexity - which implies your 'puter files may not keep up with reality much better than already has. On this note though a rather vital plate size piece of Peel's hand formed sheet metal that was perfectly fine on a shop bench for a yr got me to thinking better protect it to find later better but so far disappeared into the void. A friend of mine calls it the Grope Monster Demon, ya put an item down, turn around to do some thing else then Grope Monster gets it so end up groping and groping.
