I've got my new project going and I'm looking to have a head flowed. There is a guy here in Edmonton that does it, but is very unreliable as to timing. takes him 6 months to a year to get his crap together, so I'm on the hunt for someone else who may do this type of work. It is for a BSA A65 unit. I'm looking at putting oversized valves, and having the head shaved 0.010 thou to increase compression. any info would be greatly appreciated.

You can try Tim Spiegelberg out of Waterloo, Ontario but not sure if he is in business anymore.

There's also Jim Comstock (comnoz on the forum) here in the states.

Heat the head up to 1300 degrees F and it will flow quite nicely. I would like to do this to all A65s but I just do not have the time, sorry.

Incidentally judging from looks of them I think this is the very method BSA used to design their unitized twin engines. They threw an A10/A7 into a round iron kettle, heated it up and melted it into a nice round ball shape and viola!
