It could be 1/2, you have done a lot of work already. The last third is taking all the stuff apart to fiddle all the stuff that needs fiddling to get it to be right. It's no wonder Norton went out of business (again)... I spent two hours last night retorqueing the head and readjusting the valves. It didn't help that the thread on one of the tank mounts stripped.

seeing the Swooshster had a crack at you kicking over the 80 deg Commando, my Ozzie sense of humour see's Donor picking on or mistaking those little legs in the pic as Swoosh's girls!! Well I thought it was funny anyways!

Now that you mention it, that leg does look a bit weak, maybe Swoosh should investigate lowering the compression ratio on his build :mrgreen:
