Hi Can anyone tell me how to fit the lever in correctly. I have the roller and bearing sleeve in first and the lever fits in the slot ok up against the roller. What do the 2 drilled holes do in the arm?
When i fit everything up againt the pushrod its pretty sloppy assy.
Cheers Hillbone.

Do you have the cable attached?
Isn't the clutch pressure plate lifting when the handlebar lever is operated?

Are you sure you have the actuator lever correctly positioned on the ball?
Gearbox pushrod lever

I think so. What i dont understand is what does the lever pivot on? If the bolt just holds the roller in place and the 2 holes on the lever dont do anything , Im not understanding what holds the lever in position.. Apologies for being a little dim but i just dont get it.

Pivots on the ball

The actuator pivots around the ball as the outer end is lifted by the cable movement.
As it does so, the outer edge of the actuator below the roller then rides up onto the ball roller forcing the actuator towards the ball.
The ball then pushes against the pushrod which in turn lifts the pressure plate.

I said: "the outer edge of the actuator below the roller then rides up onto the ball roller forcing the actuator towards the ball."

Correction. That should be roller, not "ball".
