Here they are mostly installed. I made up a valence for the back end of the cowl. This gave a mounting surface for the lights and finished things off from where the tubing ended. There is a module to operate the lights. This is the one from Signal Dynamics. It gives you self cancelling signals, brake lights and running lights all from the same light. It will also run the Oberon signals, those just as signals tho. I don't have the module in place yet but powered the lights up temporarily to check brightness. The rear light is extremely bright. The amber front signals show up well too, even tho they aren't nearly as bright as the rear light. The rear light is 140 LEDS, Front is 12 to the rear and 12 to the front. The amber color helps.

Nice work (again) Glen!
Swooshdave is right,we're not worthy. I'm just going to crawl back into my cave and continue with my very mediocre build

Keep up the great work, I look forward to the finished result.

All the best

Thanks Webby

There is no group more worthy than the Norton owners. Afterall, we ride the make that has had more IOM victories than any other brand, even with all the lost years.

I like my Vincents but Nortons holds a special place in the history of motorcycling.

Hey can you give us some info on the tail lights?? Where you got them from or links to the sites?? I have to say that is one beautiful machine you are building there. Too bad you were not a little closer to Alberta cause you do great work!

Thanks powereng.

The rear led strip came from Chrome Glow. The control module is a Signal Dynamics Penta Star xp, also from Chrome Glow.
The module allows the strip to be used as turn signals, brake lights and running lights, all from one light strip. The light strip is made to order by Chrome Glow.

Front flashers are bar end units from Oberon with extensions which allow bar end mirrors to be used in conjunction with the bar end signals. These signals also are controlled by the penta star module.
