Find Waldo in hobot's tool kit

I carried even more than this on Peel '04 Ohio rally. Last few years decided that every tool I had to grab to deal with a Commando form crank to cracked glass I set aside for an all in one grab bag Norton specific handy holder. Some the shot will expand more if tagged up.

Hey HOBI---I didn't see any tire repair stuff---tire irons--tube patch kit---co2---pump---?? Another bag perhaps?

Ohhh, ok, good catch, let me correct - rephrase my Cdo tool scope displayed,
it covers tire patches to clock lens.

If ya r tap image then image then hold control down and tap + till enlarged to read the labels then scroll at will, to see...

The red flashlight lens is resting on a tube patch kit and below the spanner roll is a bright gray sheet metal tire/rim shoe horn and below that a handled tire lip elevator to access tube and rim locks easier and next to that are 3 handled gasket chisels to deal with the tightest toughest bead while whistling Dixie sitting on the folding stool. Even have DynoDaves degree wheel adapter/holder. Opps, Ugh, I left the degree wheel in my shed, dang it, you allowed me to find a vital Waldo to complete the picture. Think I can still slip it in somewhere : )

There a handful of lock up blocks and drifts and wedges and pins that all fit in palm of hand. Every now and then I thank my foresight to get the tiny carpenter crow bars that can ease off a sprocket non of the Norton pullers can fit.

Oh yeah under the rolls of electrical tape and red silicon self adhere wrap are 3 bags of zip tie sizes. Wes gave me a small multi tool thats got fine scissors and tweezers. There is one other incredible surgical rescue tool I found that's not in the photo. Oh yes there is a place for it.

Naw, just lost holes with washers around them and wire or wood slivers in fingers and fishing a wire out a loom plus holding a roach till its gone of course. I'd guess about 35-40 lb but will weigh it before scattering soon to put Trixie all back.

'92 Deines zero turn mower has it own on board field tool kit.
'38 JD LA 'Poppin Johnny' tractor with its tin tray tool box and hand crank.

Also, I didn't see the parts washer tank in there---nor the portable lift----tire balance machine---or the hennway.

I think if manufacturers supplied tool kits like this with new Commando's, not one would be sold! You couldn't trust a machine if all that is required!

Hehe, I buy JBW by the jumbo box/tube size but needed the box to hold Peel luggage rack up for fitting this season. I left the 4ft long breaker bar out of view but it was within reach and was used last wk to align center stand legs to stand more level. I left the back pack acetyl/oxy torch out in the shed but its a handy fused on swing arm remover. By accident I included an extra tool kit in the pile up, like one Wes carries and I use 90% of the time out on the road, its the little folding case with small vise grip, adj. wrench and dual end screw driver, a blade and nail file for plugs cleaning. Left out the glove compartment size air compressor for Trixie and others in need but Peel will carry her own air station. This is now my main tool kit as hardly anything else with an engine or gonads needs them near as much as my ever loving trustworthy Commandos. At Ohio rally Peel had the only clutch spring puller around, so got lent out to save someone else in need a long way from shop. i wouldn't know what to do with a milling machine in there : (

Hello Mr Hobot. just saw you tool kit. No disrespect but i couldnt stop laughing. I reckon you are one funny fella. What ever happened to the ole big hammer, shifter and some no8 fencing wire. Where do you carry the grog.
Still be a boring old world if we were all the same. The mini oxy and surgical tweezers may have a use in exceptional circumstances.
best wishes and kind regards
B.Rad

Could have done with your tool kit yesterday when my clutch cable gear box nipple decided to let go after less than 2000 miles.... oh yay..kwality part.
rummaged thru my small took kit..( not as good as my BMW/5 one).. ummmmm...take cable inner out, feed perch end back up thru gearbox.... cut outer back....wrap inner around lever, use pillion rest bolt to hold it together.... got home ok.
spent tonight looking at tools on internet.... probably pass on the mapp gas and bullet removal pliers...
I do like your stories and turn of phase, would love to tour the US one day :D

B. Rad, i laugh at myself and life too, so happy to develop into a 'matured' comical character. But I know Mark Twain said "Tragedy is the basis of Humor."

'72Combat, your cable rescue needs a photo for me to grock what ya did, but we also should start a new subject line for road side bodges. I only carry a small adj. wrench, vice grips and dual end screw driver unless traveling away from happy hunting grounds. Wes fixed his clutch cable via a plug top cap, 'drilled' a side hole with a pocket knife then put cable in hole & trapped it there with a small screw. He's still running that way over a year now.

Yoose guys keep finding missing Waldo's, kwel. There's a 1/4 tube left of Blue RTV but left the little baggie of super glue and model airplane type glue in house. I don't usually pack JBW - if that's needed its a home shop repair - if can make it home.

Ohh yeah, I carry a couple of thick disc supermagnets on the trays handle.

Wes was packing up as I was laying out tools and rain was coming so in haste missed a few items. The 3# sledge hammer is laying in the pile. I've a century old Bridgeport chrome cabinet box hammer with nail puller on handle, inherited from my grand father. Its got a square shaped head so works to twist the 3/4" drive socket that fit fork caps.

I don't carry grog around here as its common enough I get nip or two when visiting friends along my commutes. There's about 5 very well known Nortoneen's that know how good Ozark Doe Urine goes down. Oh '04 Ohio INOA rally I carried most a gallon of moonshine, most in a ceramic jug the reast in mason jar : ) Good Vodka is only about 2/3'rd as good. Cheers.
