Fairing Choices for our Commandos?

I would like to purchase and fit some kind of sport styled half fairing, like just around the headlamp and back to around halfway to the grips. (stock 74 850). I live in the USA so a vender here would be preferred for shipping.

Are there any good choices out there? My thought would be to take just a little of the wind off and add good looks!

I just added one of these ubiquitous one size-fits-all EMGO fairings. It fits well, though I needed to make my own brackets, a simple task that should've taken a couple of hours, but ended up being a day into the night kinda thing.

I won't know how well it works till I put the top end back on the motor, just waiting for parts. I bought the fairing 15 years ago, before ebay, for about $50 plus shipping. Can't wait to try it out, but I have to!

The little Emgo fairings work pretty well, and actually thier rounded lines compliment the Norton's lines reasonably well.

One thing for sure, they're affordable!

I wanted an old-school "Flyscreen" for Commando Bizarro and was unable to find one so I gave up and was just going to build one. At Barbers last year I was gawking at the piles-o-priceless-treasures and there she was, a fiberglass Flyscreen-looking thing with a 5 3/4" round hole! (CB has a 5 3/4"). I do not know exactly what this thing came off of but it's apparently Japanese and it will work perfectly. the moral to this story is to keep looking!
