Wife created a facebook account for me 14 years ago. She was selling glasswork beads on facebook. She thought I could get something out of it. I look at a couple of car groups once in a while. Have no interest in the social aspect. If somebody wants to punch me in the mouth or give me a hug they need to come to my front door.

I'm here on this site for the entertainment on rainy days like today. I own a Norton.
 
Never looked at any of those services mentioned , has been tough since newspaper is history , I get news from CBC on radio/online… no intentions of joining any thing online other than sensible, specific MC forums …

That’s because this is the ONLY site I frequent and is THE best place to come for good experienced advice, IMHO at least.

I’d never owned a Commando before frequenting this site, everything I’ve done to mine (successful or otherwise!) is cos of what I’ve learnt on here.

FB jus’ don’t do that for me.

And, as you say, it’s generally a good craic on here (most of the time at least).
 
For those that care..about faceache etc....(I dont) but more to the point of whats really going on.....in my opinion 👀
RESTRICT Act (S. 686). This bill is also currently known as the "Tik Tok ban" by many. But, it looks as though we were deceived again. The Tik Tok ban is nothing but a distraction while they try to push the RESTRICT Act into law...
Gee whiz another way to silence people at their discretion...who would have known 🤔

Heck I was just kidding.

I spend too much time here when the weather sucks looking for interesting things owners of old motorcycles are doing. I learned something Norton specific yesterday, but can't do anything with what I learned. I won't forget it though, since I made an ass out of myself with my keyboard in the process of learning.
 
As a part supplier (which im not) ...A sign of our times im afraid ...or maybe Its just another one of my conspiracy theories 🤣
That bastard bike has many hurdles to over come to get it road legal down here...as most of the stuff will need to be changed plus a low opp modification certificate...been there done that...PITA !!
 
Further more....in regards to social media
Twitter isn’t a company anymore, it’s been merged into a new entity called X Corp.🤔
