If you want a single knackered Piston or a single clapped shocker, there is somebody selling all that sort of thing on the British Ebay.
Can't, for the life of me, think who it is.
Anyone for a single cylinder, one sided swinging arm Commando?
I am after half a handlebar myself.

I have a matching pair of worn out pistons (complete with the "break-away slots") that I could sell.

Maybe I could make more money listing them separately?

I might just be prepared to part with my collection of three-lobed camshafts. I'd prefer to sell them as a set to a fellow collector. :)

I must have two or three really nice Triumph pistons without their mates. I have one Routt 780 cc kit piston for a Triumph that is new. I have a really nice 3" Triumph piston as well, from a MAP 750 kit. A friend of mine has a beautiful set of two big bore Triumph Trident pistons. He must have held onto them now for 15 years at least. Unfortunately they are no good for a Triumph 500 either. I have often thought there should be a place where we can list this stuff so it would be usefull again. Quite often when one piston is ruined the other one can still be like new. This happens not as much from wear but more from accidents and engine assembly mistakes, with circlips or valves etc.

I have a pair of serviceable stock-bore Triumph 500 pistons. They actually came out of a triple. (of course, the center slug was worn beyond usefulness and the engine got a bore job and 3 news)
