Went to a local Classic Mini specialist repair shop today to buy a pair of their LED H4 headlights for my Mini and found their Easy Rider tribute bike project completed and awaiting owner collection:

Easy Rider Tribute Bike

They are not a bike shop so quite odd they were doing this. Looks quite good.

The one on display at Barber's has (of all things) a CHENG SHIN rear tire! I'll bet the HD guys choke a little...

Pan Head with a Drip Pan, looks completely normal to me.
As impractical as it is, I've always liked the bike.
Saw the movie at a drive in when it came out.
We used to debate which bike was cooler, this or the 'Billy' bike.
I've seen alot poorly done Knock offs, especially the ones with the Evo's.
This one looks nicely done.

Never liked the bike. Like pans though..... Those aren't leaks but are part of the ventilation and oil cooling system...... So after 70+ years the cat is out of the bag. My '50 leaked so much it drenched the front wheel on the highway. A truly marvelous machine.

Remember buying the poster in Carnaby St. when a young lad, always preferred Hopper's ride but steered clear of Harley's until recently. Now enjoying my Sportster, should have succumb earlier.

Similar here Al, I shunned Harleys for years despite being tempted after hiring them a few times.

I finally succumbed last year and bought a 2016 Dyna Low Rider S (the one with a 110ci Screamin’ Eagle motor) and I absolutely love it !

I just prefer the old flatties, knuckles & pans. Look good, leak enough to be respectable, and can be easily repaired with a BFH and adjustable wrench. As simple as a machine can get and still run..... Any Sporty is good, although like ironheads the most. So can't say I don't like HD.
