I apologize for the quality of the video. I will get much better video one of these days. I'm not saying my daughter is a better videographer than the wife but...

I just rode it home, so only about 5 miles. The thing is a beast. It sounds so nasty. While it feels a little like a /5 in the sitting position (low bars, foot pegs not as far forward as a stock Norton) the sound is unreal. And when you whack the throttle you better know which way you are pointed because you will be there momentarily.
It might be a tad rich or there might be a slight air leak as it will give a good pop on a closed throttle. Otherwise once it's warmed up it runs flawlessly. Front brake is a little wooden but still better than an unsleeved Lockheed.
This is my dad's bike for when he comes out to visit. Although once he gets a ride on it he'll probably take it back home. I can't blame him.
My brother will be out this summer. I don't know which bike is going to make him grin more.
A previous owner had removed the instrument panel and put on a nice bracket that unfortunately only holds the speedo. I'm going to see if I can make a bracket that holds the tach too. I've seen them before on the 860. I'm not keen on the red thing on the shocks. No idea how the petcocks work. And the mirror needs flipped down. I'll pick all the stock parts, books and manuals tomorrow.
And since you're going to ask... $6k.
