Dressing footrest support plates after welding

If your support plate is bent and has a crack on the edge then after getting it flattened and then alloy welded you will to dress the weld, the flat bits are easy using and end mill but the inner chamfer is more difficult to achieve. What does work is a 3/4" or 19mm ball cutter, zero off the inner uncut surface and then line up the straight line on one of the table axis and cut, just needed a polish afterwards.
