Just trying to get a clear idea of how many different ones, benefits, drawbacks, availability, etc.

Different Commando front master cylinder sleeve kit, how many variations?

The only readily available ones I'm aware of are RGM and Don Pender's (Madass).

I do my own, I make an alloy sleeve as per Don Penders and then bore to the dia I want, 12.7mm, 12 and 11 are possibilities. Then I get seals to suit the diameter with their rod so then I can measure the inner diameter the seal sits on. Then using the details on this site

I machine a plunger using all the different info.

There is the Andover Norton Pre Mk3 in 13mm bore:
or the assembly:
If you don't have machining skills or a lathe.

Are repair parts available for them?

It's a little tough to tell from your picture, but that looks like one of the Al Miles sleeves. He does not usually sell direct, but a number of vendors carry his master cylinders on an exchange basis.

It is. I did not buy it direct. I sent my master to Morrie's Place, several years ago, and they did a great job doing the modification. I started by calling Morrie's, they explained Al Miles will not sell any repair parts for the modified master. They have asked him.
I contacted Al, and he refused to sell me replacement rubbers.
Not a good business plan, in my opinion.

YES, I can disassemble it, (AGAIN) and reverse engineer it, and find rubbers SOMEWHERE, but every minute of my time (sorry kids, NOT retired yet!) I waste on this, further solidifies my resolve.

To be clear, I was happy to keep my visually vintage master, and get more brake power.

GREAT IDEA.

I made my own. I did not like the idea of threading the inside of the cylinder. It is sleeved to 12mm with a piston made similar to the original but with a shimmed thrust pad that engages with the lever. Not suitable with a ribbed Metzler tyre [ don't ask ], but perfect with the 400x19 TT100.
