RGM offers both 3mm and 4mm steel plates. I had a horribly stiff pull on my Interstate, I swapped an OEM 2mm for a 3MM andthe pull is perfect. A 4mm would have fit and probably resulted in a one-finger pull, but may have resulted in slippage.
