So sad to hear today of the passing away of Dave Sundquist of Redline Norton.
I only had a few meetings with Dave over the past 6 years of owning my Commando. A true eccentric, his work was incredible in detail and skill. Visiting his small workshop in Burnaby BC was like entering a sort of holy shrine to all things Norton. His three or four personal bikes were works of art with truly marvelous custom setups. He called the motors he worked on "forever motors" for good reason.
His fifty years of dedication to the brand means his passing has left a distrubance in the Norton force.
