Has anyone ever sleeved an atlas motor cylinders?

I have done.
Atlas + 0,20 flat hepolite;
P11 + 0,20 flat hepolite;
N15 + 0,40 flat hepolite.

Will a 1973 Commando 750 cylinder work on the 67 Atlas?

Yes,
but Commando cylinder barrels has the thread for cilinder head four bolts larger than Atlas one.
So you must drill and enlarge the head for the larger bolts.
