That would be one of Dave Cook's bikes. He has a shop called Cook's Customs based here in Milwaukee. A genuinely nice guy who is very active in the MKE bike scene. I believe he said the bike was based on a salvaged 74 850 and that he completed the entire build for under $20K. Dave was the first American to win the AMD World Championship back in 2009.

Lots and lots of special parts made for that bike. While the style is not to my liking, it is very well done, lots of thought went into that build.
