Surely there is a reputable hot-rod shop or automotive machine shop in Kansas City. Balancing a crank isn't any different for a V8 than a vertical twin (other than balance factors).

If you don't know of an automotive place, try a Harley shop.

As Norbsa48503 points out, cranks are heavy. Why pay the extra shipping if you can get it done locally?
