Cracked exhaust

Inspect your crossover Welds. This is how mine started and suddenly failed on the road.

Lots of stress there, it seems. My original also had a crack. When I replaced I couldn't get a clear picture if they were necessary or an attempt to get noise down, so I went without. Seems fine without. Perhaps someone can comment on the necessity; I'm sure they will.
