Converting a model 50 to ES2 spec

Is it a simple case of fitting a barrel, piston and head from an ES2 to a model 50 to make it a 500cc, David

No - stroke is different too

There are other ways of achieving 500cc from a Model 50 though - with better performance than a long stroke ES2 too.

You will also require an ES2 crank to go with the head, barrel and piston.
