G'day all,
I posted a while back re these Vinyl Decals on E bay.
I thought for 20 odd bucks I'd give it a go and see what sort of service and quality was there.
I spoke to him,.. Jeff, and got what I think is a fair story.
They are a bit thicker than the set I have here from RGM, but I know that doesn't mean much.
One photo shoes a comparison of the two types, the top one is RGM, and one shows a sticker that my wife says
should go on the seat... Bloody Sore Arse.
I like the idea of the Combat 750, you know a bit different to most others.
Thought it might A PEEL to others....

Will be interested to here from any of the experienced Painters, re. Clear coats etc.

See what you think... send him an e mail... jkle379184@aol.com

My decals came from Old Britts
My painter clear coated them without any issues.
They went on a metal orig. tank and orig. metal side covers.
For what it maybe worth

You can take your decal to the local vinyl sign maker and have him make a reverse stencil. Then you can paint the lettering on and follow up with clear over everthing.

Some also prefer to paint the area for the lettering with the proper color for the lettering and then put the "sticker" on the tank and paint the tank normally. Then remove the "sticker" prior to clearing. I prefer the stencil.

Old Britts sells stencils also.
